Joe Riccio is a Partner at Marathon Law Group, PLLC and one of the founding members of the firm. He has practiced law in every court in Clark County. His primary areas of practice involve complex family law cases involving divorce and child custody, personal injury law including injuries sustained in motor vehicle accidents and slip and fall accidents.
Joe has enjoyed mentoring law students from the William S. Boyd School of Law for Partners in Pro Bono and speaking at local high schools. He served as a Hearing Master for the Eighth Judicial District Family Division, in Discovery Court.
Mr. Riccio currently serves on the Nevada State Bar Editorial Board sponsored through the Nevada State Bar, the licensing agency for Nevada attorneys.
Joe has a perfect AVVO rating by his clients, received the award of Client’s Choice multiple times, he is A/V Rated by Martindale-Hubbell. In 2014 and 2015, he received honors from the National Academy Of Family Law Attorneys. In 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2019, 2020 and 2021 he received client satisfaction awards from the American Institute of Family Law Attorneys. Joe was also rated one of Las Vegas’ Top Lawyers by the Desert Companion Magazine in 2014.
