Marathon Law Group, PLLC is a Las Vegas law firm founded in 2020 by attorneys Joe Riccio, Boris Avramski, and Kristina Kirigin. The three partners built the firm around a simple idea reflected in its name: legal problems are rarely quick, and clients deserve attorneys who will go the distance with them, however long the road.

Today, we represent individuals and families throughout Las Vegas, Henderson, Summerlin, North Las Vegas, Boulder City, and the rest of Clark County in personal injury and family law matters. Founded in 2020 by Three Driven Attorneys

Marathon Law Group was founded in 2020 by partners Joe Riccio, Boris Avramski, and Kristina Kirigin, who together bring 45 years of combined legal experience. Joe, a graduate of the University of North Dakota School of Law, represents clients in personal injury and family law and previously served as a Hearing Master in the Eighth Judicial District Court's Family Division. Boris came to the United States from Bulgaria as a teenager, graduated summa cum laude from the University of North Dakota and with distinction from its law school, and ran his own Las Vegas practice for more than eight years before co-founding the firm, where he focuses on personal injury, family law, and civil litigation. Kristina, a Las Vegas native and graduate of UNLV's William S. Boyd School of Law, began her career as a public attorney in Las Vegas Municipal Court and now focuses on divorce, child custody, and child support, personally handling each of her clients' cases.

Our Associate Attorneys

Our associate attorneys, Maggie Miya and Nina L. Terzian, are both UNLV-trained attorneys who bring varied backgrounds to the firm. Maggie, a Las Vegas native, worked as a victim advocate with the Clark County District Attorney's Office and as a compliance investigator for Wynn Resorts before law school; she joined Marathon Law Group as a law clerk in 2022 and now handles family law and personal injury matters. Nina, a first-generation college and law school graduate, has experience in special education advocacy for foster youth and in personal injury litigation, and since joining the firm in 2023 she has guided clients through custody, divorce, support modifications, and settlement negotiations.

I highly highly recommend this attorney after carefully reviewing several attorneys in nevada! My choice was left between her and Joe riccio before learning that they actually worked together. I was in a highly contested custody battle in between 2 different states with another very aggressive attorney representing my ex. I found Kristina Kirigin after having to fire my last attorney and she was able to turn my entire case around that was originally going in my ex's favor due to his constant lies. We went to trial and prevailed with me getting primary physical custody, final say with legal custody, no travel and attorneys fees!! She made my ex tell the truth which broke his entire case.
