Kristina Kirigin was born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada. After graduating from University of Utah, she returned home to Las Vegas to attend law school. Kristina graduated from the third graduating class of the William S. Boyd School of Law in 2004. While in college, Kristina worked for a custody evaluator and gained a love for family law. Kristina has been practicing in family and criminal law since 2004. From 2004 through 2016, Kristina frequently worked as a public attorney in Municipal Court representing clients in misdemeanor criminal charges including Driving Under the Influence (DUI) charges and Battery Domestic Violence charges. From 2017 to 2018, Kristina worked for an insurance defense firm and gained valuable experience to transition to representing Plaintiffs in personal injury cases. Kristina personally handles all clients that retain her and is the kind of attorney who always returns phone calls. Kristina has been admitted to practice law in Nevada since 2004 and in Utah since 2008. Kristina is a Partner at Marathon Law Group and practices in family law, criminal defense, and personal injury.
