Maggie is a Las Vegas native who received both her Bachelor of Art and Juris Doctorate from UNLV. During undergrad, she worked at the Clark County District Attorney’s Office – Victims/Witness department advocating for victims and witnesses of crime.
After graduating with her Bachelor of Art in criminal justice, she worked for Wynn Las Vegas as a Corporate Investigator ensuring vendor and employee compliance with the relevant laws and codes.
Within 2 months, Maggie was promoted to Wynn Resorts Limited, parent company of Wynn Las Vegas, as a Global Compliance Investigator where she conducted investigations into financial crimes in Nevada, Massachusetts, and Macau.
She left Wynn Resorts Limited to pursue a law degree at William S. Boyd School of Law at UNLV. During her time in law school, she led the Asian Pacific American Law Student Association to receive the 2023 Student Organization of the Year award for the organization’s outreach and fundraising efforts.
Maggie began her time with Marathon Law Group in 2022 as a Law Clerk. She received her Juris Doctorate from William S. Boyd School of Law at UNLV in 2023 and was admitted to the Nevada State Bar that same year. Since then, she’s been an Associate Attorney at Marathon Law Group handling family law and personal injury matters. She’s handled matters in the Traffic Court, the Eighth Judicial District Court, the Nevada Court of Appeals, and the Supreme Court of Nevada. She’s dedicated to helping families and children in need.
